Frequently asked questions

  • You might be wondering if what you’re feeling is “big enough” for therapy.
Here’s the truth: therapy isn’t only for when life completely falls apart—it’s also for when things just don’t feel right anymore.

Maybe you’re anxious and can’t pinpoint why.  Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same kinds of conflicts, or feeling distant from the people you love.  Maybe you look fine on the outside but feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure of who you are beneath all the roles you play.

Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, heal old patterns, or find new ways to connect and cope. It’s for the parts of you that are tired of surviving and are ready to start living differently.

At Be Found, we believe therapy is less about having a diagnosis and more about building safety, awareness, and connection. It’s about creating space where your story makes sense—and where hope, healing, and change are possible.

If you’re reading this and something inside you whispers maybe, that’s often your first step.
